Speedpass Gas is a name of a business found on black gas pumps of Gas Stations (excluding Osso) in Miami. A good place to find such gas stations is in Little Havana or to the right of where you begin if you chose the downtown starting point. If the player happened to walk in front of these black gas pumps he shall see an orange circle. It shall say "Speedpass". It is unconfirmed if Speedpass is the name of the station (which seems to have no name), or the name of the company who the gas comes from. Speedpass is found nowhere else in the city. Players cannot use the gas or try to find the company, because none of the plans will work. Speedpass is just the name of an unknown business in Miami.
